OmniHome
A search-first housing CRM and property-operations prototype built around the home as the shared record.
Fragmented housing information
Frontline experience and structured user discovery pointed to the same recurring problem: residents, properties, repairs, compliance and communication are often split across systems and handovers. Information is duplicated, context is lost and routine work takes longer than it should.
One property spine
OmniHome connects residents, homes, tenancies, work, compliance, contractors, documents, maps and communication around a searchable property record. The aim is to make related information easier to find and act on without flattening the complexity of housing work.
AI with human review
The product explores AI for transcription, summaries and information retrieval. Those tools are intended to reduce administrative effort and surface context; responsibility and judgement remain with the people doing the work.
Working prototype
The current application includes records for residents, tenancies, work, documents, property titles and maps within a broader housing-operations structure. The immediate direction is a resettable public demonstration using fictional operational scenarios.
